There is an update to the explanation for the International Parade Uniform here
Parade Floats
My name is PZC Andi Lanxon and I have secured Classic Parade Floats to be our float provider for the 2011 International Lions Convention Parade. So that parade participants can enjoy the convention activities, they will handle literally every facet including building, set up, and tear down at very reasonable prices. They will also secure flat beds or other means for entries that have members who may not be able to walk the parade route. Attached is a document of the services they will provide and contact information as they would like to take all orders themselves. You can also contact them at www.classicparadefloats.com. Parade rules will be on the international and convention website , and float orders would be appreciated as soon as possible so that there is time to complete the projects. Thank You, Andi
