This event will host approximately 300 folks. Our job description will be overseeing the smooth operation of a fun event. currently I'm seeking a host and location. Catering and cost will have a bearing on what we will be doing.
My best guess is a four hour shift that will involve seating, welcoming, giving direction, and assisting with questions.
I'll keep the website updated as I get new information.
