Volunteers will unpack and distribute the correct classroom materials and quantitiy to each classroom. About 20 volunteers are needed one day prior to the seminars for this duty.

About 8 volunteers per day are needed to:

• Control interruptions to the classroom by questioning visitors before permitting entry to a classroom
• Collect daily attendance sheets
• Collect and deliver copy requests from Group Leaders
• Other duties as assigned by the DGE Seminar office staff

The one to two hour DGE Opening Ceremony is one of the most important events of the seminar and kicks off their training, highlighting the vice president's program. It is attended by about 1500 DGEs, their spouses, the international family and other invited guests.

15 volunteers will assist LCI staff with crowd control, badge checking, and directing guests to available seats.

Responsible for assisting with shuttle bus line management, crowd control, and bus boarding for all DGE off-site events.

Guide the DGEs to the various DGE registration stations that distribute information packets, provide translation headsets, and distributing gifts. 2-3 days before the convention volunteers unpack boxes and prepare the gifts for distribution.
